Vallejo - Squidmar Color - Steel NMM set (4)

Pre-order

The Steel NMM set from the Squidmar Color range contains four coordinated acrylic paints in 18ml bottles for creating painterly depictions of steel without metallic paint (Non-Metallic Metal). These themed sets offer a compact introduction to a specific technique, material, or skin tone and an affordable way to explore the new Squidmar Color formulations.

Squidmar Color was developed from the ground up by Vallejo together with Emil Nyström and Lukas Holmström of Squidmar Miniatures: strong contrast, intuitive mixing, controlled transitions and high saturation.

Contents:

• 74.208 Final Yellow, 18 ml
• 74.229 Deep Blue Sea, 18 ml
• 74.246 Ume Grey, 18 ml
• 74.248 Pitch Black, 18 ml

Tips for use:

• The four colors are arranged in a sequence: from the darkest shadow color to the brightest highlight.
• Start with the medium tone as the base color and gradually work out the shadows and highlights.
• Intermediate shades are created by mixing adjacent colors from the set.
• All colors can be purchased individually and are part of the Squidmar Color System.
