Warhaus Creator Affiliate Program

How the program works

• 5% across the store: commission is calculated on the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. This applies across all brands and product categories, including sale items, bundles and preorders.
• Seven-day tracking: once your link is active, qualifying purchases tracked to it within seven days of a customer clicking can earn commission. Customers do not need a special discount code, and your link does not add a charge to their order.
• Gift cards: commission is earned on qualifying product purchases when a gift card is redeemed, not when the gift card itself is bought. The same purchase is not rewarded twice.
• The same core offer for every creator: your audience can support your channel by shopping through your link, whatever products they choose.

Commission review and payouts

New commission is subject to a 30-day refund hold and review before it becomes payable. We assess payable balances in the first week of each month, with monthly payouts once your approved balance reaches A$30. Balances below A$30 carry forward.

Cancelled or refunded purchases do not earn commission. For partial refunds, commission is adjusted to reflect the product amount kept. Fraudulent transactions and self-referrals, including purchases you make through your own link, are not eligible. Refunds identified after a review may require a correction to the commission record.

We will confirm payment arrangements with you during onboarding. Payment arrival times are not guaranteed. Tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookies or use of a different device; we cannot promise that every visit or purchase will be tracked.

Warhaus thank-you products

For creators joining the program, we will arrange Warhaus products as a thank-you separately. There is no obligation to use, review or promote those individual products, and no requirement for a positive endorsement. The affiliate relationship is about directing your audience to our webstore. Applying alone does not guarantee a product package; contents and delivery arrangements are confirmed individually.

Promote honestly and disclose the relationship

• Clearly tell your audience that you can earn commission when they purchase through your link. If you feature products supplied by Warhaus, disclose that relationship too. Make disclosures easy to notice and follow the advertising rules and platform requirements that apply to you.
• Only make accurate claims about Warhaus, prices and products. Do not imply that you have used or recommend a product when you have not.
• Do not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake coupon offers, misleading advertising, forced clicks or techniques that place referral tracking without a genuine visitor click. Do not post your link to coupon or deal sites without our agreement.

These terms describe the new creator program. They do not automatically replace a separately agreed existing arrangement.
