PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-orders are subject to Warhaus’ Terms & Conditions. We recommend reading our full Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy prior to committing to an order.

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Please ensure you are confident in your financial position before placing a pre-order or back-order.

Pre-orders are offered with the expectation of supply within a reasonable timeframe. However, these timeframes may change without notice due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to make amendments as required.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped only when all items in the order are in stock.

Production delays, logistical issues, or unforeseen events may affect delivery estimates. In rare cases, a pre-order may become undeliverable. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

While we strive to provide accurate pre-order information, complete details are not always available. A pre-order does not guarantee delivery if the item cannot ultimately be fulfilled.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, with refunds issued based on the amount paid at the time of purchase — not the current or future market value.

Customer-requested pre-order cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
