Shipping

Orders sent within 3-5 business days of being purchased except on weekends, public holidays and/or busy periods.

Please note if an item is on Pre-Order, the order will only ship once we have received in all items from your order.

If in any case items are damage while shipping please provide the order number along with an image of the damaged goods and email them to hello@warhaus.com.au.

AUSTRALIA
Orders are available for click & collect from our Brisbane Store and must be collected within 30 days of receiving the collection email notice.

NEW ZEALAND
NZ Import duties &/or Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver

Click & Collect

Please do not attend the store to collect your order until you have received a “Ready for Collection” email from us. This email confirms that your order has been prepared and is available for pickup.

Orders must be collected within 3 months of receiving the “Ready for Collection” email.
If an order is not collected within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and refunded, with a 50% cancellation fee applied.

By leaving the store with your order, you confirm that you have received the correct items in full. We recommend checking your order at the time of collection to ensure everything is correct.
